Care Guide for Your Custom Figurine

Thank you for choosing a handcrafted custom figurine. Each piece is individually designed and produced with exceptional attention to detail. To ensure your figurine remains in excellent condition for years to come, please review the following care recommendations.

Shipping & Handling

Our custom figurines are delicate display pieces and should be treated with the same level of care as fine artwork or collectibles.

Many figurines include intricate details, small accessories, and finely sculpted features that may be vulnerable to damage if handled improperly. Please avoid applying excessive pressure, bending, twisting, or placing heavy objects on your figurine, as this may result in permanent deformation, cracking, or separation of delicate components.

For safety reasons, we recommend keeping figurines out of reach of young children, as accidental drops or impacts may cause breakage.

Proper Storage

Our figurines are crafted using high-quality resin, a material prized for its ability to capture beautiful details and intricate sculpting.

To preserve the integrity of your figurine, avoid placing it in environments exposed to excessive heat, including:

Inside vehicles on hot days
Near windows with prolonged direct sunlight
Close to heaters or other heat sources

Resin can soften when exposed to high temperatures, which may lead to slight warping or deformation. In many cases, minor softening can be improved by moving the figurine to a cooler environment. However, repeated cycles of heating and cooling are not recommended, as they may gradually increase brittleness over time and reduce the longevity of the piece.

For best results, display and store your figurine in a cool, dry indoor environment away from direct sunlight.

Display Recommendations

We recommend purchasing either a custom-designed base or a premium acrylic base for your figurine. Using a dedicated display base provides additional stability, enhances the overall presentation, and helps protect the figurine from accidental tipping or movement. For the best display experience and long-term preservation, we strongly encourage displaying your figurine on a suitable base at all times.

For the most luxurious presentation, consider displaying your figurine inside:

A glass display case
An acrylic display enclosure
A themed miniature diorama or display setting

These options not only enhance the visual appeal of your figurine but also provide additional protection from dust and accidental contact.

For optimal viewing, we recommend a display distance of approximately 60 cm to 150 cm (2–5 feet). At this range, proportions and details appear most natural, creating the best overall visual experience.

With proper care and display, your custom figurine will remain a treasured keepsake and showcase piece for many years to come.

Cleaning Suggestions

Over time, your figurine may naturally accumulate dust or minor surface marks during display. To keep it looking its best, we recommend cleaning it gently with cool, clean water when necessary.

Recommended Cleaning Method

  • Rinse gently with cool, clean water
  • Use alcohol wet wipes for light cleaning
  • Allow the figurine to air dry completely before displaying

Avoid

  • Harsh chemicals or cleaning agents
  • Abrasive brushes or scrubbing pads
  • Hot water

With occasional gentle cleaning and proper care, your figurine will continue to look beautiful and remain a treasured display piece for years to come.
