1. Introduction
Welcome to MiniReal! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

  • “MiniReal” refers to our company providing custom 3D-printed figurines.
  • “Customer” refers to any person purchasing or using our services.
  • “Product” refers to any 3D figurine or related service offered by MiniReal.

3. Orders & Customization

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information for 3D scanning and customization.
  • Once a 3D model has been approved for printing, no further modifications can be made.
  • Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Processing time varies depending on demand and production capacity.

4. Production & Delivery

  • The standard production time is 20 days. However, this may vary based on order volume and complexity.
  • Because the product is fragile and classified as an artwork, we generally require customers to personally pick up their orders at our studio.
  • For customers who have difficulty picking up their orders, we offer paid shipping services as an alternative.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. MiniReal is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or third-party couriers.

5. Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, orders are non-refundable once printing has commenced.
  • If a cancellation request is made before printing, a partial refund may be granted at MiniReal’s discretion.
  • Defective products (e.g., damaged upon arrival) may be eligible for replacement, provided sufficient proof is given within 2 days of receipt.
  • MiniReal is not responsible for losses caused by improper use or storage. However, if a customer wishes to reorder due to such issues, a small discount may be provided.
  • All figurines are manufactured according to our established quality standards and production processes. Perceived dissatisfaction with facial features or other subjective aesthetic elements does not constitute a defect or non-compliance with our standards.
  • Please note that the tone and saturation of colours on the final products are based on the photos taken in the 3D photo booth, under controlled, professional lighting conditions. Thus there may be slight differences in appearance when compared to different lighting environments outside of the booth.

6. Product Material & Usage Guidelines

  • The product is made of resin material, designed for display and artistic purposes only. It should not be used as a toy.
  • The product is non-toxic and harmless, but it is not edible and is fragile. Please keep it out of reach of children.
  • The product should not be placed in high-temperature environments, such as inside a car under direct sunlight without air conditioning in summer, as this may cause softening or deformation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All 3D models created by MiniReal remain the intellectual property of MiniReal.
  • Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute 3D models or figurines without prior written consent.
  • MiniReal reserves the right to use anonymized customer scans for promotional and marketing purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information will be securely stored. Photos and 3D data will be used only within MiniReal and our factory for production purposes and will be stored securely.
  • Customer data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Customers may request data deletion upon completion of their order.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • MiniReal is not responsible for slight variations in color, texture, or finishing, as these are inherent to the 3D printing process.
  • We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other issues arising from the use of our figurines.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

  • MiniReal reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
